Overview
Terra-Claim.com is a specialized service dedicated exclusively to claims arising from the Terra/Luna bankruptcy proceedings. Holders of allowed claims can sell their claim through a single, managed transfer process: TerraClaim verifies the seller and the claim, prepares standardized transfer documentation, and arranges the purchase through institutional funding partners.
Every completed transfer is filed with the bankruptcy court under Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 3001(e) and appears on the public claims-agent docket. Completed transactions are also published, by amount and date, in the trade log on our homepage.
Our Purpose
We exist to give Terra creditors a clear, safe way to exit positions that would otherwise stay locked up for years of bankruptcy administration. With a dedicated, standardized process, we aim to:
- Offer transparent, published terms — cash at closing, with an optional share in future recoveries.
- Reduce friction, paperwork burden, and uncertainty in claim transfers.
- Ensure every transaction has verified, identified parties on both sides.
- Standardize documentation and complete the court transfer filing for every trade.
What We Do
- Verify each seller's identity (KYC) and screen against sanctions lists.
- Cross-check each claim against the official claims register before any transaction.
- Prepare the standardized Transfer of Claim Agreement executed by seller and purchaser.
- Arrange purchases funded by institutional partners, with payout at closing by wire or USDC.
- Prepare and file the Rule 3001(e) transfer notice on the public court docket.
What We Are Not
- A broker-dealer or securities intermediary.
- A custodian of funds or assets.
- A provider of investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
- A guarantor of any transaction outcome, claim validity, or estate recovery.
